1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to using Tetra (tetraoracle.com) and buying credits. The provider is Oleh Rostov, Karoline-Veith 31, 60486 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, TODO: contact email.

2. Service

Tetra is a digital service for self-reflection and entertainment based on geomancy. Readings are generated automatically, partly with the help of artificial intelligence.

Tetra does not predict the future and does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them.

Some readings are free and limited per day. There is no claim to a particular availability or to particular content of the readings.

3. Credits and prices

For deeper readings you can buy credits: 3 credits for €2.99 and 10 credits for €7.99. A three-figure reading costs one credit. All prices are final prices including VAT.

Credits are added to your browser immediately after payment, do not expire, cannot be transferred and cannot be paid out. If a paid reading fails for technical reasons, the credit is returned automatically.

4. Contract and payment

The contract is concluded when you click the order/pay button in the checkout of our payment provider Stripe and the payment succeeds. You pay with the methods offered there and receive a confirmation by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise it, you must inform us (Oleh Rostov, Karoline-Veith 31, 60486 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, TODO: contact email) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

Early expiry: For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage; otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded.

7. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually live remain unaffected. In case of doubt, the German version of these terms prevails.
